By the timezone you want to work with.

The brief · how this works

How we organise this directory.

Three rules. They are why this site exists and what every page on it tries to live up to.

§ i

Honest counts.

Every agency on this directory is one we found by hand. If a country page shows seven agencies, there are seven — not a padded list, not lookalikes from a database scrape. When a section says ‘none yet’, it means none yet.

§ ii

Rates published openly.

Hourly rates, minimum monthly fees, and minimum contract length are listed where the agency has disclosed them. Where they haven’t, the row says so. You should never have to write a discovery email to learn a starting price.

§ iii

Direct contact, no middleman.

We don’t take a commission on placements and we don’t broker the conversation. Every listing links straight to the agency’s site or contact form. Write to them yourself; we’ll have done our job.

Questions · what we're asked

The questions we’re asked most often.

Q01. How do I find a virtual assistant agency?
Open the service index if you know the work — bookkeeping, customer support, executive admin. Open the country index if the timezone or language matters more. Each listing carries rates and a direct contact link.
Q02. Can I filter agencies by country?
Yes. The country index groups working VA agencies by where they’re registered, with regional groupings (Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe, Oceania). Useful when you need overlap with your own working hours, or when a specific local-language fluency matters.
Q03. What sort of work do VA agencies typically take on?
Administrative support, inbox triage, scheduling, customer service, social media, content production, bookkeeping, light project management, lead research. Most agencies specialise in one or two of those — pick the practice from the service index and the relevant agencies surface.
Q04. Do you charge a commission?
No. We don’t take a placement fee, a commission, or a referral cut. Listings are editorial. If we get an agency wrong, write to us and we’ll fix the page.
